If you need to change the number of passengers or the departure date, we are happy to help.

If you had an unexpected event and you can no longer participate in the excursion, that's no problem

When we confirm the cancellation of the reservation we will also issue a refund on the payment method with which you booked.

Consider that the actual credit times may vary from your bank or credit card (usually around 7-10 days)

We remind you that it is not possible to modify or cancel the reservation if your excursion leaves in less than 24 hours
